When do I get paid?
Within 7 days of your friend's stay being approved. We Zelle directly to the email on your account.
Is there a limit?
No. Refer 100 friends, earn $5,000.
What if my friend cancels?
We pay out after the stay is approved & deposit received. If they cancel before that, the referral becomes pending again — they can re-book later.
Can I refer myself / use my own link?
No, but if it's your first time at K5 you'll get the $50 new-guest credit automatically at checkout.
Can I refer my business clients / property managers?
Yes — we have a separate program for property managers and realtors who refer entire properties or repeat business. Contact Keith for the partner-tier rates.
