Arrowhead Condominiums — $7M restoration

278 units. 9 buildings + clubhouse. 40-year recertification. Completed August 2025.

The largest single restoration project in La Gala Construction's portfolio: a complete concrete restoration plus 40-year recertification of a 9-building, 278-unit condominium complex with clubhouse in Davie, FL.

The work spanned interior and exterior of every building. Per the project's HOA Vice President: "the restoration was completed to perfection. Once the work was finished and the buildings were painted, the transformation was remarkable — they now look absolutely fantastic."

Field Operations Manager Alex Torres ran the crew on-site. The project was performed alongside Mark Le Blanc, P.E. of Specialty Engineering Consultants — a partner with whom La Gala has now successfully delivered multiple projects over a decade-plus relationship.

Ground-up development

Glass at Victoria Park — $6M, sold out in 3 months

Glass was a ground-up development of 8 luxurious townhomes in the prestigious Victoria Park neighborhood — the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The project broke ground before COVID and delivered through the supply-chain crunch on budget via La Gala Construction's in-house build team. Units were priced to market on delivery and the entire development sold out in three months during spring 2021.

This is the playbook K5 Investment Group offers to accredited equity partners: ground-up product in dense, supply-constrained submarkets, built and managed in-house with a 50/50 back-end split.

Tilt Patchers, Inc.

The specialty concrete and tilt-wall affiliate. Operating since September 2002. The same crew that handled $5.7M of structural restoration on the Datran & Metro Dade Parking Garage in Miami.
