The US Federal Government has trusted La Gala to restore US Coast Guard Stations along with US Army & Air Force Bases throughout the country.
On the K5 side, Keith takes that same construction expertise and applies it to vacation rental properties: every home in the portfolio is restored and maintained by his own crews. Guests don't book from an absentee Airbnb host — they book from the contractor who keeps the property in shape.

K5's main focus: a small portfolio of carefully restored homes guests can book directly — skipping the ~15% Airbnb / VRBO fee and landing straight on Keith's calendar.
Every K5 home is restored and maintained by Keith's own crews — the same ones who deliver federal contracts for La Gala Construction. Not an absentee Airbnb host.

K5 also operates a development practice for accredited investors: ground-up and value-add real estate partnerships in South Florida, with the same in-house construction backbone that maintains the rentals.
Equity partners contribute 20–25% of project cost in exchange for 50% of back-end profit, on a typical 12–24 month hold, second-position collateralized.
Past deals include the $6M Glass at Victoria Park townhomes (sold out in 3 months, 2021), the $3M Fern Oak Estate event venue (Jun 2025), and the $7M Arrowhead restoration (278 units, 2025).
