Vilano Beach Vibes is newly upgraded with custom amenities so guests enjoy their stay whether they are headed to the beach or into town. It's a short drive to historic Old St. Augustine and just steps away from the beach, intercoastal and three of our favorite local restaurants. Vilano Town Center with its shops, restaurants and grocery store is just down the road as is the Guana Nature Reserve.
The space
When you're done with your day - whether you've been taking in the sights of historic St. Augustine or enjoying the sun and waves - you'll feel good coming home to Vilano Beach Vibes. The welcoming entry of Vilano Beach Vibes flows into the living room with comfy couches that face the wi-fi enabled smart TV. This is open to the expansive dining area and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large butcher block island for friends and family to gather around. French doors from the kitchen lead you to the patio with its grill as well as eating and lounging areas. Our guests have said one of their favorite things to do is take their morning cup of coffee to the adjacent covered cabana to enjoy the tropical foliage and listen to the sounds of nature and the ocean nearby. The secluded backyard is entirely fenced in and can also be accessed through the double doors of the master bedroom. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a luxurious oversized shower in the private bathroom. A separate workspace is also provided. Two additional bedrooms each have queen-size beds and double closets with plenty of hanging and storage room. The bright and cheery guest bath boasts a skylight over its vanity and tub with shower. The washer and dryer are inside the brand new garage which also has plenty of beach gear, games and a couple of beach cruisers for your use. When you visit be sure to enjoy our collection of concert posters from local venues, and look for little pops of St Augustine throughout the home - it's all part of the unique Vilano Beach Vibes experience.
Guest access
- The entire home and private backyard oasis, including the cabana, is solely for our guests' use.
- The large, dog friendly yard is fully enclosed with a six foot high fence. Our beach is dog friendly too!
- There is plenty of off-street parking for guests, and captains will be happy to know there is enough room to park a trailered boat in the driveway.

We love to have well-behaved dogs! Please indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking and include their wonderful qualities in the comment section. We provide a clean bed, fresh linens and towels for our furry guests as well.

Stayed for our anniversary and loved every part of it. Super clean, beautifully renovated, and walking distance to the pier and a dozen restaurants. Keith was responsive when we asked for late check-in. Will be back.
Our golden retriever had a better time than we did 😄 Yard is fully fenced, bowls + treats waiting on arrival. Property is clearly well-maintained — you can tell the owner cares.
Three bedrooms but slept all six of us comfortably with the pull-out. Kitchen had everything we needed for Christmas dinner. Beach was a 5 min walk.
Booked through K5 direct, saved about $80 vs. what Airbnb wanted. Property exactly as advertised. Keith answered a 9 PM question about the AC in 10 minutes.
